Blush Pink Roses

Classic, simple and sleek. What good choices this bride made. Her hairstyle and dress are perfect for her selection of bouquet style. Please note that the bouquet is larger than the common but budget friendly size. I think the dollars were spent wisely because it conveys a lusher and richer image. Even the furnishing in the background are oversize. It is coincidental but the opulent feeling is reinforced .

Spring Is All Around Us

When I pulled into my parking space and jumped out of the car, I immediately noticed the lovely fragrance of Lily of the Valley wafting in the air. I lingered for a few moments to take in the delicate scent and remember the lady who planted them. Grace Corlis was a Whistlestop neighbor for 28 years. She has been gone for three years now but her little garden patch lives on.

May 17th was the start of my 31st year in business. For 31 springs I have watched the Lily of the Valley bloom by my car. No matter how cold the winter or the ravages of the snow plow guy, the tiny flowers pop up every spring.

My thanks to Emmaunel Vaucher for the lovely photos. His camera captures what my heart sees.

Spring is all around Us

Le printemps est partout autour de nous.

It's beautiful!!

C'est magnifique!!

Spring is busting out all at once

Have you ever seen a spring like this? The temperature warmed up so early and that seems to have encouraged all the flowering trees to accelerate their schedule. Layer in a few stretches of cold weather and TAD AH! Everything is blooming at once.

And it is glorious! I hope everyone takes some time to contemplate the beauty of Central New York.

If you want to enjoy the fragrance of spring, call and order a bouquet of lilacs. Our supply is limited so call soon.

Easter Flower Garden

Are you looking for something a bit different?
I've been potting up some great baskets of blooming plants. Vibrant primroses, tulips, miniature daffodils, hot pink azaleas and orange begonias. And you can plant them outdoors when they are done flowering.

The basket is 10 inches round and a nice neutral shade of sage green.

If you like softer colors, perhaps a basket of soft pink azaleas, sky blue hyacinths, Obonica primroses,
tulips and an African violet?

Both are available for $49.95

We can deliver these for the Easter Holiday. Just
give us a call.
